Where are we in the three step model?
Now we are here.
We will look for that option that matches the objectives of the decision-maker best. To do this, there are different methods for decision making... and they do not lead to the same favorite, unfortunately. We will give a short glance of some of the most important methods an discuss their pros and cons.
